Meet Melissa Paunoivc

Melissa, the owner/director of Stitch by Stitch Embroidery, she has always had an eye for detail, colour and design as well as a knowledge of working with textiles. Melissa started in the embroidery industry over 14 years ago in a Central Queensland town, where she worked in a long-standing embroidery business that supplied to both local customers and regional industrial trades.

After relocating to the Toowoomba area in 2010 with her husband and 2 young boys, she worked in a well-respected, local family-owned embroidery business for several years. In 2017 she decided it was now or never, taking a leap of faith, she started her own embroidery business.

The years of experience she has gained in the industry and having the passion to transform images into stitches has developed her ability to make logos and individual designs stand out, creating the valued advice and return business customer base she is known for. Melissa thoroughly enjoys all aspects of embroidery and loves the customer service that comes with the personal interaction in her own business. It is this personal service and product understanding that sets her apart.
